Sign in and join a workspace
AtroBI signs you into the application first. Some reports then ask you to connect Microsoft so they can check your Power BI access.
Accept a workspace invitation
- Open the linkUse the invitation from your administrator.
- RegisterUse the invited email address.
- Verify emailFollow the verification instructions.
- Log inOpen your assigned workspace.
- Open the invitation link your administrator shared.
- Complete registration using the invited email address.
- Verify your email before signing in.
- Log in and check the workspace menu at the top right.
An invitation link can be used once and has an expiry. If it has expired or does not match your email, ask the administrator for a new link. Creating an invitation in AtroBI does not automatically email it; the administrator shares the link separately.
Sign in with an existing account
- Open your AtroBI application.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Select Log In.
If your email is not verified, use Need to verify your email? on the login screen.
Reset a forgotten password
Select Forgot your password? on the login screen. Enter your email and follow the recovery instructions. After resetting, return to the login screen and use the new password.
Understand the two sign-ins
| Sign-in | What it does | When you use it |
|---|---|---|
| AtroBI email and password | Opens your AtroBI account and workspace memberships | When entering AtroBI |
| Microsoft connection | Verifies access to Power BI reports and their underlying data | When a report or Power BI setup asks for it |
A successful Microsoft sign-in does not automatically grant access to every report. The report owner still needs to give your Microsoft account the required Power BI permissions.
If Microsoft asks for administrator approval, contact your Microsoft organisation's administrator. An AtroBI administrator cannot grant Microsoft administrator consent just by changing your AtroBI role.
Switch workspace or sign out
Use the workspace menu at the top right to select another workspace you belong to.
To sign out, open your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Log Out. An account connection saved in the Power BI administration screen can persist across AtroBI logout; Disconnect account explicitly removes that saved connection.
If you can sign in but see no reports, follow missing reports and options.
