Your settings and preferences
Open your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select My Settings.
Personal preferences help you return to the right reports. They do not grant additional access.
Choose analytics defaults
Select the Analytics preferences tab. Under My analytics preferences, choose an available language and default report. Changes save automatically and apply to you in the active workspace.
- Company default uses the workspace's language setting.
- Available personal analytics languages include English and Azerbaijani.
- A default report gives you a faster starting point when opening Analytics.
The user guide is available in English and Azerbaijani. Use the language menu at the top of the guide to switch. Changing an analytics preference does not change the guide's language.
Favourite and pin reports
Under Favorite reports & sidebar pins, select Pin report beside a report you want to reach quickly. Use Unpin report to remove that shortcut. Changes save automatically.
Your favourite or default reports can appear under Pinned reports in the application sidebar. Only reports you are allowed to access can be used.
Choose email preferences
In My analytics preferences, use Receive email notifications when my company enables email to set your personal preference. Email also needs workspace approval and a configured delivery service. In-app notifications remain available.
Review your access
My company access summarises your workspace access. Expand My permission grants for more detail when available.
If a report or feature is missing, share the relevant access information with your workspace administrator. Personal settings cannot override workspace policy or Power BI permissions.
Account and appearance
Use My profile to update user information and Password to change your password. For appearance, open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Light, Dark, or System.
To leave AtroBI, use Log Out in the user menu. If you need to explicitly remove a saved Power BI account connection, use the relevant disconnect action in Power BI rather than treating logout as an account disconnect.
